Jewellery Box/treasure chest, bird house, fairy house, wand decorating.
Create your own Canvas, T-Shirt, Bag, crowns, tiara decorating.
Mini kids themed afternoon tea party (e.g. mad hatters, fairy princess), Treasure Hunt
We can tailor make Décor, Table Lay out, activities, food, music, games to suit your child’s tastes and abilities, please speak to us for more details.
Information
Parties within the Café (within opening hours) with advance notice we are able to reserve and area for you, set the table for your party and provide any of the following packages (please note you will be sharing the space with other customers.)
Parties with exclusive use of the Café: This would mean you receive the whole space, play area and café to use for your own party or function.
To Hire the Space exclusively (depending on date and time of day, not all dates are available due to the Pavilion being used for sporting activities)
Please email for prices. There will also be a cost added for staff/service depending on what you require.

Toddler/Infant (Starting from £5.50 per Child)
Selection of finger sandwiches (with chosen fillings)
Selection of Kids crudité to share (between 8-10) cucumber, carrots, peppers, grapes with Humus dip
Homemade Cupcake/cookie (can be themed for an extra cost)
Unlimited Squash (Juice cartons can be provided for an extra cost)
Add Pom Bears, Pavilion Pizza, Cocktail Sausages/Sausage Rolls, Hot Dogs, Fruit Kebabs, Bowls of Fruit, Sweetie Cones
Children’s Picnic/Party Lunch Bag

Sandwich with Chosen Fillings, Pom Bears, Juice Cartons, Cookie, Yoghurt or Fruit.
Children’s Ice Cream Factory
Mixed bowls of sweets, fruit and sauces in mini bowls or cones of ice cream. For Children to help themselves.
Hungry Caterpillar
a caterpillar made entirely of fruiting vegetables placed along the centre of the table for children to help themselves
(this works fantastically for preschoolers)

Adults Parties & Food
We can also cater, organise and assist in any party from adult birthday parties to christenings and family celebrations please contact for more details.
We can provide Tea, Coffee, Cakes or any food for adults from our current menu. For larger groups we would ask you to pre-order. Please ask for prices for individual cakes and tray bakes.
We can also provide alcohol or we are also happy for you to bring your own, however there will be a slight service/corkage charge based on the amount you bring and how you would like it served.
For exclusive use hirers we are able to tailor make food and Drink to suit your requirements, we have a personal chef and we also have a license to serve alcohol.
